STRisker Release Notes // December 22, 2025

See what’s new in STRisker: enhanced Tweet Signals, faster mobile calendar navigation, clearer signal labels, and a new public change log.

Welcome to your roundup of the latest features and enhancements inside STRisker. Here’s what’s new and improved to help you stay ahead of short-term and vacation rental regulation changes.

🐦Tweet Signals: Better Filtering & Visibility

Tweet Signals received multiple updates designed to help scan, filter, and evaluate results more effectively. 🧘

Images are now visible directly within Tweets. Visual context is everything, and this should provide more insights when reviewing regulatory updates, government posts, and industry conversations.

We've also added new filter capabilities! In addition to filtering by location (country, state, province, and more), you can now filter Tweets by the number of likes, retweets, and impressions. This helps emphasize items that might signal broader engagement or greater traction.💯

💡
This update also included important cleanup behind the scenes to improve search accuracy, unlocking visibility across 55,000+ tweets, with more being added constantly.

📆 Improved Calendar Navigation

We’ve also made changes to improve the mobile Calendar experience, making it faster and more intuitive to navigate upcoming meetings and hearings.

A new mobile Calendar Bar allows you to quickly move between Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow, Week, and Month views without leaving the screen. This update is especially helpful when checking schedules while traveling or switching between timeframes throughout the day. Here's a look! 👀

📰 New Article Labels

In the News Signals, we’ve added Impacts and Community Issues labels to provide clearer context as you review articles. These labels make it easier to understand what a piece of content is focused on at a glance, helping you prioritize what to read and where to spend your attention.

And finally... 👾STRisker Change Log!

To make it easier to track ongoing improvements, we’ve launched a public STRisker change log on our website.
It’s a simple way to stay up to date with new releases and review every release note we’ve published so you always know what’s new and what’s changed.
